It completely depends on the company offering the information. I ran a quick search and saw companies offering individual phone lookups for anywhere between $3.95 and 14.95. Since you need to perform two, it may be less expensive to look for a subscription that lets you search unlimited phone numbers as opposed to buying two individual reports, but this decision is really going to come down to if you plan to use it in the future.
Remember, occasionally some cell information can be found in free telephone directories so you may want to give those a search first before paying for anything. In any case, best of luck finding the info.
